Hello out there in the blogosphere. My name is Marlene Palmer. From time to time I will select articles and pieces for this blog so -- please allow me to introduce myself…
Ten years ago, after graduating with my BA from UMass Boston, I put into motion the final stage of my plan, and left behind snow and ice, trading off for sun and flowers, relocating to L A. I am truly enjoying the surrounding area – from the beaches to the mountains – some of the most beautiful scenery ever.
I have been with WSR Consulting Group, LLC, for the past eight years, and as a Senior Consultant have researched and written reports for several of our IT consulting engagements, and have been the lead support person on numerous IT litigation projects where I helped review, analyze, report on, and form opinions on ERP, Internet, Software & Computer System Failure litigation matters.
The industries that I have worked in include: e-commerce; telecom; retail, human resources systems; and for a Y2K "Sue and Labor" matter involving a large retail corporation suing its insurance carriers for Y2K remediation.
When researching the myriad of documents and information surrounding the cases we work on, it is apparent that there is a repetitive dialogue and recurring theme for almost all of this kind of litigation. The same claims and charges are universal and Warren Reid’s well published work, “He Said, She Said” presents a clear picture for us about how it works.
