Biography
Fifteen years of experience, training and expertise in providing technology, business, and legal advice for large projects and complex litigation involving high-stakes technical disputes. Mr.Chabursky is an IT and systems consultant in the United States and elsewhere. He is an attorney licensed to practice in Canada where he led the strategy and facts analysis for a team of lawyers on the largest computer project litigation in Canada. Clients find him particularly gifted and expert in performing complex analyses on disparate project data and then conceiving and developing truly unique and persuasive judge- and jury-friendly exhibits and graphics that oftentimes are the cornerstone of WSR Consulting Group, LLC opinions.
Mr. Chabursky's IT and systems proficiencies include expertise in large-scale computer systems development methodologies, project management and control techniques; systems testing/acceptance regimens and recognizing significant patterns in test results and reviewing quality of deliverables; intellectual property; helping attorneys to interpret contracts and perform contract management; and industry standards. He has developed and presented standards for evaluating prospective IT vendors and integrators and their proposals for Canadian government systems projects. Furthermore, he established standards for conducting and overseeing such projects by the Canadian Federal government.
Mr. Chabursky was recently designated as an expert witness by the legal team for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in a large-scale computer systems failure case.
Mr. Chabursky has performed in many capacities on many litigation assignments with WSR Consulting Group, LLC, including as (1) analyst responsible for researching project events and documents, conceiving and conducting complex data analysis, and creating effective graphs and charts to present findings, (2) quality assurance reviewer responsible for critiquing WSR Consulting Group, LLC opinions and reports before they were finalized, (3) manager responsible for discerning arguments the opposing side would likely make based upon the instant case facts and our firm's experience, (4) senior manager developing preliminary findings, conclusions, and opinions.
